Serving food in Masinenge is an eye opener. There is a lot of stigma attached to this informal settlement, but the people are genuine. The children are our highlight. We get to see the same little faces over and over again during the same feed. They provide for the whole family. Shirley Oosthuizen from Abounding Hope does great work with the creche, youth centre and soup kitchen. The food is prepared by Rajen from Hibiscus Food for Life.
